Introducing the FluiMix® FMX-JET™ Hydrocarbon Power Mix Auto Sampling Systems. This innovative technology operates by extracting, pressurizing, and reintroducing the flow into the main pipeline, resulting in a thorough homogenization of the fluid. This process ensures that a highly precise representative sample can be extracted, maintaining an accuracy of 0.025% of the main pipeline fluid across all flow rates.
The efficiency of fluid mixing is contingent on the rate of energy dissipation. Unlike traditional in-line mixers, which manipulate the fluid flow to increase dissipation, often causing pressure loss, the Jet Mix employs a consistent energy injection method. This approach keeps the energy added per unit volume constant, increasing as the mainline flow rate decreases. Consequently, the Jet Mix’s performance remains unaffected by fluctuations in flow rates, providing a constant mixing energy. This feature proves invaluable during low flow rates when optimal mixing is crucial. Moreover, when natural turbulence suffices, the system can be easily deactivated.
